Meet Abby Davies, LCSW

My name is Abby Davies, and I am a dedicated service professional who’s passionate about helping provide hope and healing to individuals, children and families.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Baylor University and I believe moms deserve more than encouragement to “hang in there.” They deserve a safe place to be honest, feel supported, process what they are carrying, and build tools that help them feel more grounded in daily life.

As a therapist, I’m passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe holistic and integrative approaches lead to successful healing and growth. Together, we will work to connect your strengths, resources, and goals to promote positive change in your life.

My approach is warm, practical, and compassionate. Whether you are preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, processing a difficult experience, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, my goal is to help you feel less alone and more supported.

My specializations include, trauma informed care, family systems, parent support, relationship issues, depression/anxiety, self-esteem issues, and stress management.
